Eva earned a Biology degree from Sonoma State University, where she gained extensive experience in Admissions, Records, and Financial Aid, specializing in support for undocumented students. She later joined Santa Rosa Junior College, focusing on community outreach and high school workshops. From 2017 to 2019, she was part of the Student Outreach team, further strengthening her advocacy skills. With years of direct experience assisting undocumented students across multiple departments, Eva is well-equipped for her role as Dream Center Coordinator, where she is dedicated to providing resources, guidance, and support to empower undocumented students in their educational journey.

Elias earned a B.S. in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Chicano Latino Studies from Sonoma State University. Born and raised in Sonoma County, he now serves as an Outreach Coordinator at Santa Rosa Junior College, supporting high school students transitioning to college. In 2017, he received a Service Award for his contributions to student life. A founding member of the Student Outreach team, he joined in 2015. Elias enjoys hiking, running, and mountain biking. He also provides services at SRJC Petaluma's Dream Center throughout the week.

Beatriz Camargo, an Elsie Allen High School graduate and an SRJC alumna, was a Migrant Education student. She has dedicated over 20 years to SRJC, supporting students through Puente, MESA, Community Education, and more. Now, as Director of Student Outreach, Onboarding & the International Student Program, she champions college access and student success. As the daughter of immigrant farmworkers, Beatriz understands the challenges underserved communities face and is committed to inclusion and support. Her mission is to connect diverse communities with SRJC’s programs and opportunities for educational advancement. Beatriz holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University.

Barbara graduated from Sonoma State University in May 1999. In 2001, Barbara began working in the immigration field and has over 20 years of experience working with affirmative cases. Barbara joined VIDAS in April of 2019 and became an Accredited Representative by the U.S. Department of Justice. Barbara is happy to provide free immigration services to the SRJC community.

Julie has practiced immigration law since 2008, specializing in affirmative cases, including immigrant petitions, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, adjustment of status, VAWA, U Visas, DACA, naturalization, and citizenship. Ms. Cyphers enjoys assisting students, faculty, and Santa Rosa Junior College staff with various immigration matters.
